Gavy Swan invites you to find out by exploring wordplay through a collection of miniature sculptures in polymer clay. From visual puns and nonce words to stories and fairy tails [sic], viewers will come face-to-face with the oddities of language. Gavy Swan creates polymer clay sculptures with a playful sense of “fairy-tale humour”. Her artwork explores the sense of wonder in the miniature that is present in medieval manuscript illumination and blends medieval ideas with modern whimsy.
